I have lived in the Daytona Beach area for over 35 years working in the service industry; I have watched Daytona grow up through these years. Being in Real Estate has been very exciting for me, from getting buyers prequalified, showing property , writing and negotiating the contract, getting inspections done and working with the mortgage & title company.
